Accor plus sales team are like scammers, they provide wrong and incomplete information to sell the membership after buying the membership one realised they are fooled. Worst customer service department and worst sales team, Raj Chauhan from Accor plus in sales provided all wrong info and they continue to do so . Worst experience

DONT BUY ACCOR MEMBERSHIP.
If you have 2 FREE nights, you dont get it together nor 2 rooms for 1 night!! Big Cheat. The sales people disappeared completelty!! They did not inform this while giving membership - it comes as a a fine print!!!
