The role involves promoting and selling accessories to customers by assisting them in selecting the right accessories for their vehicles, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for accessories, providing expert advice and recommendations, and demonstrating product features and benefits. You will also actively promote accessories during the vehicle sales process, communicate pricing and promotional offers, and conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to drive sales. Additionally, you will assist customers in completing accessory sales transactions, coordinate with relevant departments for order processing and delivery, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases are crucial aspects of the role. Staying updated on automotive accessories, attending training sessions, and sharing product knowledge with colleagues and customers are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or retail environment, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the capacity to build rapport and trust with customers. Basic technical knowledge of automotive accessories and proficiency in using computer systems for sales tracking and documentation are essential. A positive attitude, self-motivation, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a team are also required. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically preferred, along with relevant certifications or training in sales, marketing, or automotive accessories. The job is full-time with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund, and may involve day shifts, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
