Fusion Plus Solutions Inc is looking for Accessibility Testing Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Conduct thorough accessibility audits of websites, mobile apps, and digital documents using both automated tools and manual testing methods Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG (2 0/2 1), Section 508, and ADA guidelines Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to provide actionable feedback and recommend solutions for accessibility issues Document and report accessibility defects clearly, tracking them through resolution and validation stages Use assistive technologies (e g , screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) to simulate real user experiences and identify usability barriers Educate and support teams on accessible design practices and inclusive user experiences Stay updated with evolving accessibility laws, standards, and best practices Participate in user testing sessions with people with disabilities to gather feedback and ensure real-world accessibility
