Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and assisting with budgeting and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate purchase and sales bills (approx. 3–4 each per day) in software.
• Verify and check purchase quantities against supplier bills.
• Coordinate and ensure dispatch of goods as per sales orders.
• Manage and update inventory records in software on a daily basis.
• Conduct physical stock checks every 15 days and reconcile with software records.
• Record all payment in/out entries (cash, bank, UPI, online).
• Follow up with customers and vendors for timely payment collection and settlements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts, billing, or inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, GST & taxation preferred.
• Strong Excel and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,459.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
