Academy Trainer

The job responsibilities for this position include providing training sessions and making presentations to teachers, principals, and academic trainers (both online and in-person). You will be responsible for delivering lectures and hands-on training in computer science subjects, as well as designing, updating, and maintaining curriculum and training materials. Guiding and mentoring students on academic topics, projects, and career planning will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback, while integrating modern tools and technologies into teaching methods. Organizing workshops, seminars, and certification training sessions, as well as collaborating with faculty, industry experts, and academic committees are key responsibilities. You will also be expected to create digital learning content, coding exercises, and tutorials, support student and faculty involvement in research activities, and maintain student records, attendance, and ensure academic policy compliance. The preferred candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Btech, Mtech, or Bsc computer science, along with a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in Computer Science. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is required, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively. You should be willing and able to travel to different locations for training assignments. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
