Role Overview: As a part of our high-energy, impact-driven after-school academy, you will play a crucial role in redefining what learning looks and feels like. Your responsibilities will include being the go-to person for student/parent check-ins and emotional support, creating safe and growth-focused spaces using your psych skills, owning academic scheduling, coordinating with teachers, parents, and operations stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations, and excelling in communication through various channels.
