Job Description

  • Salary 30000 - 60000 / Month


Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students & parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission process.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups and career guidance.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
  • Manage leads from walk-ins, calls, website, and digital campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with students to ensure trust and enrollment commitment.
  • Maintain accurate admission records and provide daily/weekly reports to management.
  • Coordinate with academic & marketing teams to ensure smooth admission processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/PG in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in admissions/counselling/sales / education business development.
  • Strong communication & convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales/admission goals.
  • Familiarity with technical/IT courses is a plus.
