Job Description

Responsibilities: Conduct academic research and gather relevant sources for assignment topics. Prepare outlines or briefs to support writers with content structure. Review assignment requirements and ensure clear understanding before execution. Track order progress and coordinate with writers, QCs, and the delivery team. Assist in checking referencing styles and formatting compliance. Support in handling rework cases by providing quick research or content help. Maintain records of tasks and flag quality or deadline concerns to the manager. Required Candidate Profile: Candidate must have clear understanding of research methods in academic field. Prior experience in the similar field will be an add on.
