Position Overview

Xylem Learning is seeking motivated and student-focused Academic Officers to join our dynamic counselling and admissions team at our Mankavu, Kozhikode office. As an Academic Officer, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and their families through academic decisions, supporting enrolments, and contributing to the institution’s continued growth and success.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in academic counselling, education services, or consultative sales who are passionate about helping learners achieve their goals while meeting organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and their parents via inbound and outbound calls using the organization's internal lead database.
• Assess each student’s academic goals, interests, and challenges to recommend appropriate programs.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Xylem Learning’s academic offerings.
• Build lasting relationships with students and families through regular follow-ups and personalized support.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly enrolment and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to remain informed about current programs, policies, and promotions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably within the education sector).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets is a plus.
• Female candidates are preferred.
