Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the billing department, including staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure accurate generation and submission of patient bills, insurance claims, and third-party reimbursements. Monitor and enforce compliance with healthcare billing regulations (e.g., NABH, IRDAI, TPA guidelines).
