Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the billing department, including staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure accurate generation and submission of patient bills, insurance claims, and third-party reimbursements. Monitor and enforce compliance with healthcare billing regulations (e.g., NABH, IRDAI, TPA guidelines). Collaborate with departments like admissions, finance, and medical records to streamline billing workflows. Resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and escalated patient queries.
