About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Academic Mentor to support learners in achieving their academic goals and overall growth. The role involves providing academic guidance, mentoring, and motivation to students while helping them build effective learning strategies and a positive approach toward their studies. The Academic Mentor also acts as a bridge between students, parents, and the academic team, ensuring holistic development and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor students in their academic journey, ensuring clarity in concepts and study techniques.
• Provide personalized learning support and address academic challenges faced by students.
• Motivate and counsel students to maintain focus, discipline, and confidence in their learning process.
• Monitor academic progress, identify gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
• Organize academic sessions, doubt-clearing classes, and regular assessments.
• Foster skills such as time management, goal setting, and exam preparation techniques.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in [relevant subject/education/psychology].
• Strong subject knowledge and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathetic, patient, and approachable personality.
• Prior experience in student mentoring or teaching will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
