Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Mentorship: Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with students, providing academic and personal guidance.
• Academic Monitoring: Track student academic performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions.
• Parent Communication: Maintain regular, professional communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and development.
• Data Management: Accurately record and manage student data, utilizing educational software and Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting and analysis.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers and counselors to develop and implement individualized academic plans.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion for student mentorship and academic support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educators.
• Proven ability to analyze student performance data and implement effective support strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing educational software and MIS for data management and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
