ACADEMIC MENTOR (UPSC)

Job Title: Academic Mentor – UPSC
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Academic Mentor to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate must have successfully cleared the UPSC Prelims and possess a deep understanding of the UPSC exam pattern and preparation strategy. As an Academic Mentor, you will be responsible for guiding aspirants, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, monitoring student progress, and providing strategic inputs to help them excel in their UPSC journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to UPSC aspirants.
• Conduct strategy sessions, group discussions, and one-on-one mentorships.
• Review and assess students' performance regularly.
• Collaborate with the content and faculty team for continuous improvement.
• Address students' doubts and provide subject-wise conceptual clarity.
• Motivate and support aspirants throughout their preparation journey.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have cleared UPSC Prelims (any year).
• Strong conceptual understanding of UPSC syllabus and exam trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
