Academic Mentor- Customer Support edtech

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Mentor located in Bengaluru South. The Academic Mentor will provide guidance to students, assist with academic planning, and develop personalized action plans for their educational success. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one mentoring sessions, supporting goal-setting and time management, and fostering academic excellence. Additionally, the Academic Mentor will collaborate with faculty, monitor student progress, and recommend improvements for their learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Experience with academic planning, goal setting, and problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
• Knowledge of educational techniques and resources to support student growth
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for student progress tracking
• Prior experience in education or a mentoring role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Adaptable and empathetic approach towards diverse student needs
