We are seeking a dynamic Academic Manager - Online Courses to oversee the development and delivery of skill development and upskilling courses/programs, such as MS Excel, WordPress Web Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and many more.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work
effectively with subject matter experts, trainers, and students.
The Academic Manager will manage all aspects of course delivery and development, including:
1. Trainer Management
2. Curriculum Design
3. Resource Development
4. Training Session Management
5. Course Quality Assurance
6. Student Support
• Any Graduate/Post graduate
• Strong understanding of educational pedagogy and curriculum development
• Excellent communication (English/Hindi/Marathi), interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven experience in academic management or a similar role will be a plus
• Strong understanding of online/live training methodologies
