Academic Incharge

The Academic Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the educational management and curriculum development, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. The role involves team management, supervision of teaching staff, and communication with parents and other stakeholders to support the overall educational objectives of the school.

Qualifications

- Educational Management and Curriculum Development skills

- Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Education principles

- Extensive experience in Team Management

- Excellent leadership and motivational skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents

- Master's degree in Education or a related field is preferred

- Prior experience in a similar role in the pre school educational sector.

Pay: From ₹32,000.00 per month
