Academic Faculty Chemistry

As a Chemistry Faculty at Scholartude Web Education, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and concept-driven Chemistry lessons to learners preparing for various academic levels and competitive exams. Your responsibilities will include creating study materials, delivering lectures, conducting assessments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital-first education platform. You will be expected to deliver live and recorded lectures on Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry topics following CBSE/State Board and entrance exam syllabi. Additionally, you will create study material, revision notes, MCQs, mock tests, and assessments to enhance the learning experience. Using visual aids, animations, simulations, and digital tools will be essential to ensure concept clarity and student engagement. Your role will also involve conducting doubt-clearing sessions, offering personalized mentoring, and providing feedback-based academic support to students. Collaboration with academic and design teams to structure digital content for better student outcomes is a key aspect of this position. Analyzing student performance data, suggesting improvement strategies, and staying updated on syllabus changes and teaching methodologies are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or equivalent. A strong command over concepts in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-class and on-camera, are required. Prior teaching experience in coaching institutes, schools, or edtech platforms is preferred. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and content development skills are also necessary.
