Eligibility Criteria

Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years with at least 5 years in an academic leadership position, such as a department head, program director / dean, or similar role in management. Background: Background:

A masters degree in Business, and a Ph.D. is must.

A solid understanding of educational theory and practice in Management/Business-related disciplines.

Familiarity with accreditation and quality assurance processes in higher education.

Believer of industry connect in education.

Knows ways and techniques of implementing new-aged industry led pedagogy and can ensure quality delivery of new curriculums.

Job Responsibilities

Curriculum Development and Pedagogy- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the curriculum for Management Programs. Ensure curricula align with industry best practices, emerging trends, and university partnership requirements. Evaluate and implement effective delivery methodologies, pedagogical approaches, and learning strategies to enhance the student learning experience.

Content Creation and Management- Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality educational content, including lectures, assignments, projects, and reference materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts, Faculty to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.

Faculty Development and Mentorship- Mentor and guide faculty members in effective teaching practices, curriculum delivery, and pedagogical innovation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement among faculty.

Teaching & Mentoring- Conducting special classes & modules for students, Solving Student Queries and providing support. Mentoring students in projects, assignments, & live projects.

Actions for Quality Assurance- Work closely with the Academics in identifying poor feedback and taking measures to improve it.

Collaboration & Liaison with Universities- Foster strong relationships with partner universities, coordinating academic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with their academic goals and standards.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and industry partners.

Curriculum Development Expertise: Strong curriculum development expertise, including the ability to design programs that align with industry standards and emerging trends.

Pedagogical Expertise: An in-depth understanding of pedagogical approaches, assessment methods, and active learning strategies within the Management/Business field.

Problem Solving: Analytical and problem-solving abilities for continuous improvement of academic quality.

Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee curriculum, content development and quality assurance processes efficiently.
