Job Summary

The Admission Counsellor at Unacademy is responsible for guiding students and parents about Unacademy's courses, helping them choose the right programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with students.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents about Unacademy courses (online/offline)Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leadsUnderstand student needs and recommend suitable coursesExplain course details, fee structure, offers, and admission processFollow up with prospective students to ensure enrollmentMaintain accurate student data and records in CRM systemsAchieve monthly admission and revenue targetsCoordinate with academic and operations teamsParticipate in marketing events, seminars, and career guidance sessionsProvide post-admission support to students when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduation in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong convincing and counselling abilitiesCustomer-oriented and target-driven mindsetBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Fresher or 13 years of experience in education sales, counselling, or admissions preferred
