Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellor to join our in-office team. You will be responsible for providing counselling to students and parents , helping them explore suitable study abroad options, and guiding them through the admission process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a student-first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments. They should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students and parents regarding higher education opportunities abroad; Understand students’ academic background, career interests, and financial status to recommend suitable universities, colleges, and courses and explain the entire admission process, timelines, documentation, and eligibility criteria. The Candidate should be good in maintaining follow-ups with prospective leads and track the conversion properly. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
