Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about our courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively to achieve admission targets.
Maintain student records, follow up with leads, and update the CRM system regularly.
Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional events.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth student onboarding and satisfaction.
Represent the institution professionally in videos, events, and public-facing activities

Skills & Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken & written).
Education: Any degree with strong communication and marketing skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Smart, presentable, confident, and people-oriented personality.
Ability to: Multitask, manage responsibilities independently, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate: Coimbatore localite.
