Job Title: Academic Counselor – Telesales

Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu
Work Mode: Work from Office
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain our PhD research and publication services.
• Understand the academic needs of scholars and suggest suitable guidance options.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
• Maintain proper records of calls and client interactions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly counseling and conversion targets.
• Build a positive rapport with scholars, researchers, and academic professionals.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of English (Tamil proficiency is an advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and email communication).
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
