Role Overview

We are seeking smart, proactive, and confident individuals to join as Academic Counsellor . This role provides a gateway to a career in student counselling, admissions, and EdTech management.

You will gain hands-on experience in counselling students, guiding them through academic choices, and contributing to the growth of the academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to explain courses.
• Understand student career goals and recommend suitable cybersecurity training programs.
• Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and support students throughout the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Actively participate in team discussions and provide feedback for process improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers / Final-year students / Career starters are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
• Smart, confident, and approachable personality.
• Ability to understand student needs and explain solutions clearly.
• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to results.

Compensation

• Salary: Fixed salary plus Performance-based incentives
• Potential Earnings: ₹1,02,000 – ₹3,00,000 per year (based on performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹102,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
