Academic Counselor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Counselor with a strong background in European education systems or EdTech. The ideal candidate will guide students through the entire study abroad process — from course selection to admission — and ensure they receive the best counseling and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on academic pathways, course options, and career opportunities in European countries.
• Provide guidance on university applications, documentation, and visa processes.
• Conduct counseling sessions, webinars, and presentations to prospective students and parents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, partners, and EdTech platforms.
• Stay updated on education policies, programs, and admission requirements in Europe.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Academic Counselor or in EdTech/overseas education.
• In-depth knowledge of European universities and programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple student cases efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Proven record of achieving sales or enrollment targets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
