Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. End-to-End Lead Management: Own the counsellor journey from inbound inquiry to closure.
2.Deep-Dive Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed profiling sessions to map a prospect's profile to the program's outcomes.
3. Personalized Presentations: Tailor presentations and discussions to highlight the benefits most relevant to the candidate (e.g., focus on the PwC Board Certification for an aspiring independent director).
4.Documentation Guidance: Assist high-intent candidates with the application process, including reviewing their Statement of Purpose (SOP).
5.Admission Coordination: Liaise with the admissions committee to present candidate profiles and secure selections.
6.Post-Enrollment Handholding: Ensure a smooth handover to the program delivery team, ensuring the student feels supported from day zero.
