As an Academic Counsellor at GetMeMbbs in Noida Sector 62, your role involves engaging with prospective students to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences. You will evaluate students' academic records and recommend appropriate courses while offering them support, guidance, and resources to help them achieve their academic objectives. Your responsibilities also include providing academic guidance and support to students, discussing their academic and personal goals, and engaging with students and their parents/guardians to understand their academic needs, career goals, and aspirations. Additionally, you will respond proactively to candidate queries, ensuring excellent customer service, generate leads through various channels, maintain accurate data records of student interactions, and stay informed about the latest trends in educational standards. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective students via phone, email to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences. - Evaluate students' academic records and recommend appropriate courses. - Offer support, guidance, and resources to help students achieve their academic objectives. - Provide academic guidance and support to students to discuss academic and personal goals. - Engage with students and their parents/guardians to understand their academic needs, career goals, and aspirations. - Respond proactively to candidate queries, ensuring excellent customer service. - Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling. - Maintain accurate data records of student interactions. - Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and changes in educational standards and requirements. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Post Graduate Degree. - 0-3 years of experience in the Study MBBS Abroad segment. - Extensive knowledge and experience regarding the university application and visa process for Russia, Bangladesh, South America, Uzbekistan & related countries. Essential Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). - Experience working in the MBBS-Overseas Education industry. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities. - Familiarity with MS Office. - Presentable personality.
