Role Overview: As an Academic Counsellor at GetMeMbbs in Noida Sector 62, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences. You will evaluate students" academic records and recommend appropriate courses while providing support, guidance, and resources to help them achieve their academic goals. Additionally, you will offer academic guidance and support, discuss academic and personal goals, and interact with students and their parents/guardians to cater to their academic needs and aspirations. It is essential to respond to candidate queries promptly, generate leads through various channels, maintain accurate data records of student interactions, and stay updated with the latest trends in educational standards. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective students via phone and email to assess their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences. - Evaluate students" academic records and suggest suitable courses. - Provide support, guidance, and resources to assist students in reaching their academic objectives. - Offer academic guidance and support to students, addressing their academic and personal goals. - Communicate with students and their parents/guardians to understand their academic requirements and career aspirations. - Respond proactively to candidate queries to ensure exceptional customer service. - Generate leads through diverse channels such as online research, networking, and cold calling. - Maintain accurate data records of student interactions. - Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and changes in educational standards and requirements. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Post Graduate Degree. - 0-3 years of experience in the Study MBBS Abroad segment. - Extensive knowledge and experience regarding the university application and visa process for Russia, Bangladesh, South America, Uzbekistan, and related countries.
