The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in counseling or academic advising. Key Responsibilities: Provide academic counseling and career guidance to students and parents. Handle student queries effectively and professionally through calls, emails, or in-person. Assist students in selecting appropriate courses based on their educational background and career interests. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments. Achieve monthly enrollment targets. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups using CRM or internal tools. Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure student satisfaction. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an academic counselor or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain academic programs and career pathways clearly.
