About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented and enthusiastic Admissions Counsellor to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with prospective students from the UK and guide them through the admissions journey for our esteemed Doctorate programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in UK education sales who enjoy a consultative and student-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to UK-based leads through outbound calling to promote higher education programs.
• Deliver personalized online counselling sessions, explaining program features, admissions process, and career benefits.
• Follow up with prospects, address queries and concerns, and work toward successful enrolments.
• Maintain and update lead information accurately using CRM tools.
• Consistently achieve monthly conversion and enrolment targets.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to provide a smooth and professional admissions experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in UK sales/counselling, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Confidence in handling consultations and converting leads through relationship building.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales or enrolment targets.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
