Working Days & Hours: 6 Days Working | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 6 months (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counselors to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling and converting leads for our UG/PG online education programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and their parents via phone calls and online platforms.
• Understand students’ academic and career goals to recommend appropriate UG/PG programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for course inquiries and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into admissions by providing proper guidance and ensuring regular follow-up.
• Maintain a database of student leads and update CRM systems regularly.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets of counseling and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or edtech sales.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English are a must.
• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
