1. Sales and Marketing
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets- Conduct webinars and small sessions to prospective students- Engage in marketing activities to promote our brand and services2. Student Counseling- Assess student profiles and counsel students on course requirements- Suggest suitable courses based on student interests and abilities3. Communication and Relationship Building- Communicate effectively with clients and customers- Build and maintain relationships with college representatives- Stay updated on program changes or new opportunities4. Data Management and Reporting- Maintain a proper database of students and update sales figures- Provide timely reports to managers5. Admissions and Project Management- Handle admissions for courses and projects- Conduct industrial visits6. Customer Service- Handle inbound, outbound calls, and attend to walk-in clients- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues
Requirements:
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and target-oriented approach
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
