Role Overview

This role is perfect for ambitious fresh graduates who want to start a rewarding career in the education sector. As an Academic Counselor, you will work directly with students and parents, guiding them to choose the right course, university, and country.

You will receive comprehensive training in counseling, eligibility evaluation, and international admissions. The position offers excellent learning opportunities, growth potential, and attractive incentives for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students and parents about MBBS Abroad, Aviation, and other study abroad programs• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and countries• Explain eligibility criteria, admission process, and required documentation• Respond to student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails with timely follow-ups• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure smooth workflow• Coordinate with international university partners and internal departments• Participate in student events, education fairs, and promotional seminars• Contribute ideas for improving the overall counseling experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Freshers encouraged to apply)• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities• Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about global education systems
