Edexe Academy(www.edexe.in) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to join our team in Kottarakkara. The ideal candidate will guide students through academic program options and help them make informed decisions about their future.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on educational programs and career paths
• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally
• Provide detailed course and admission information
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain proper records of counseling sessions and follow-ups

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Fluency in Malayalam & English.
