Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on educational programs and career paths
• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally
• Provide detailed course and admission information
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain proper records of counseling sessions and follow-ups

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Fluency in Malayalam & English.
