Key Responsibilities: Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, WhatsApp Offer detailed, accurate counseling about Digital Marketing courses Handle the complete admissions process (inquiry to conversion) Maintain lead follow-up pipeline and ensure timely communication Update and manage CRM or lead databases Coordinate internally for smooth student onboarding Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant counseling experience (EdTech or Digital Marketing training preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets Working knowledge of Digital Marketing career paths Goal-driven and organized team player
