Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Counselor role located in Lucknow. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing academic advising, student counseling, and career counseling services. Daily tasks include meeting with students to discuss their goals, offering guidance on educational pathways, and coordinating with teachers and parents to support student progress. The role also involves organizing workshops and educational programs to help students make informed decisions about their academic and career futures.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Career Counseling and Education
Ability to work well with students, parents, and educators
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred
Experience in a school or educational setting is a plus
