Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Academic Counselor (Sales Role) for a full-time, on-site position in Chennai.

This is a student-facing sales role where the counselor will be responsible for:

• Guiding prospective students on course options and career pathways
• Driving admissions and enrollments through consultative sales
• Building trust and long-term relationships with students and parents
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets
• Providing academic and career counseling support during the admission process

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling & Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in Sales / Admissions / Academic Counseling
• Background in the Education or EdTech industry preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a target-driven environment
• Freshers are Welcome

Salary Package:

Up to ₹5 LPA.
