Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents in choosing the right educational programs, addressing their queries, and ensuring smooth admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about various academic courses and career opportunities.
• Provide detailed information on course structures, fees, and admission processes.
• Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain student records and track their progress.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollment.
• Meet sales and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in academic counseling or sales (preferred).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
