Job Role:
*Conversion of leads.*Promptly respond to inquiries via phone, email, etc.*Guide new students through the onboarding process.*Collaborate with admissions*Providing detailed information to students.*Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference*Understand courses and curriculum deeply.*Conduct follow-up calls*Prepare reports on conversion.
Qualification:-
*Bachelor's degree*Strong interpersonal and communication skills*Organizational and time management skills
*Experience: 0-3 year
