About the Role

Academic Counselors / Inside Sales Executives

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through our course offerings and helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students via

    phone call and WhatsApp

    to explain course structures, benefits, and career outcomes.
  • Assess student interests

    , goals, and background to recommend suitable programs.
  • Convince and convert leads into enrollments

    by highlighting IIVSs key strengths and unique learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate records

    of student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Manage and update the

    sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups

    to maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
  • Consistently

    meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets

Candidate Profile

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 to 2 years in sales.
  • Communication:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Sales & Negotiation:

    Strong persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
  • Relationship Building:

    Skilled at creating trust and long-term connections with students.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Personality Traits:

    Friendly, empathetic, target-oriented, with a keen interest in career guidance and education.
