Job Summary
TesDB Academy is looking for a dedicated Academic Counsellor to provide guidance and support to students. The counsellor will handle candidate queries, provide information on courses, and assist prospective students in making academic decisions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer support professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle calls and queries from candidates professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and admission processes.
Address candidate concerns and resolve issues through a problem-solving approach.
Maintain records of candidate interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate degree (minimum qualification).
1-2 years of experience in counselling, or related roles preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
