Sham Institute is looking for a dedicated and student-focused Counsellor to guide prospective and current students regarding course options, admissions, career pathways, and overall academic growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an empathetic approach, and the ability to support students in making informed decisions.

:

1] Provide counselling to students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

2] Explain program details, eligibility, and scope of courses offered by the institute.

3] Manage student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media leads.

4] Conduct campus tours and guide students through the admission process.

5] Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

6] Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth student onboarding.

7] Build positive relationships with students and ensure a supportive environment.

8] Handle student concerns and provide appropriate guidance or escalation.

:

1] Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or related fields preferred).

2] Prior experience as a counsellor, academic advisor.

3] Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4] Strong presentation and convincing abilities.

5] Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.

6] Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

Salary: Based on qualification and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
