Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Academic Counsellor (Sales). The Academic Counsellor will guide students in their academic and career choices, provide education counseling, and recommend suitable courses or programs. The role includes assisting students in making informed decisions, addressing their queries, and maintaining a structured follow-up process. Building rapport with students and ensuring excellent communication are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
• Experience with Career Counseling and Education planning
• Ability to guide and support students in making academic and career-related decisions
• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to counseling
• Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
