Job Title: Academic Counsellor Location: Noida, Sector 2 Company: Click Melon Media Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 0.6 – 2 years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Depending on experience) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding students regarding course selections, addressing their queries, and supporting their academic journey to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, career options, and academic goals. Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries. Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs. Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing students. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive admissions. Meet weekly/monthly targets for enrolments and counselling sessions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); education or counselling background is a plus.
