Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Academic Sales Counsellor to drive enrolments for our online academic programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into sales through effective counselling. You will be the first point of contact for potential learners or parents and play a vital role in helping them understand the value of our programs. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms. Conduct detailed counselling sessions to understand student/parent needs and recommend suitable programs. Follow up persistently with prospects to convert inquiries into paid admissions. Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless onboarding of students. Attend training sessions to stay updated on courses, tools, and industry trends. Participate in webinars, workshops, or demo sessions as needed to support sales. ✅ Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred). 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or tele-sales (EdTech experience is a plus). Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (regional language a bonus). Strong sense of empathy, patience, and ability to build trust with parents/students. Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and online sales platforms. Results-driven mindset with ability to meet or exceed targets under pressure.
