Job Description

Course Selection: Helping students choose courses that align with their interests, skills, and future career aspirations.

Degree and Program Requirements: Explaining academic policies, degree requirements, and graduation criteria to ensure students stay on track.
Academic Plans: Creating personalized educational plans and degree pathways for students, often through graduation.
Monitoring Progress: Tracking a student's academic performance, grades, and course progression, and providing support if they fall behind.
Career Exploration: Guiding students in exploring different career paths, majors, and educational programs that match their interests and strengths.
Skill Development: Providing guidance on developing essential skills like time management, study habits, and effective communication.

Problem-Solving: Helping students navigate complex situations, such as academic probation, difficult course withdrawals, or conflicts with faculty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
