About the job: The Academic Counsellor will play a key role in providing academic advice and counseling to prospective students, helping them understand the course offerings, career opportunities, and guiding them through the admission process. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to engage with students and their families. Key Responsibilities: 1. Counsel prospective students on academic programs and career paths offered by the Boston Institute of Analytics 2. Explain course details, including curriculum, fees, prerequisites, and learning outcomes 3. Guide students through the complete admission process application, interviews, and document verification 4. Follow up with potential leads to support conversions and ensure successful admissions 5. Conduct informative sessions such as webinars, presentations, and one-on-one meetings to highlight course benefits 6. Maintain accurate and organized records of counseling sessions, student feedback, and follow-ups 7. Offer career guidance on relevant job opportunities, certifications, and upskilling in the analytics domain 8. Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to meet enrollment goals 9. Stay informed about current trends in education and analytics to deliver relevant and up-to-date advice 10.
