We work closely with top institutions to help students make informed decisions and achieve their career goals. Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents on available educational programs and career pathways. Understand student needs and guide them towards suitable courses, colleges, and universities. Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries. Follow up with leads and maintain a database through CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly student enrollment targets. Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team for lead conversion. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field (Education background preferred). 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Fluent in English and Kannada/Hindi.
