Job Summary

The Career Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and working professionals to choose the right educational programs, addressing their academic or career-related queries, and ensuring a smooth admission and learning experience. The role involves both counselling and inside sales responsibilities in an EdTech environment.

Key Roles Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding course selection, career goals, and program suitability.Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email queries from potential learners.Provide detailed information about courses, fees, career outcomes, and admission procedures.Follow up with interested leads to achieve monthly enrolment targets.Maintain student engagement and ensure high conversion and retention rates.Resolve student queries, escalations, and provide after-enrolment support.Maintain accurate records of counselling and follow-up activities in CRM tools.Work closely with the sales and academic teams to enhance the student experience.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English Hindi mandatory).Strong counselling, persuasion, and listening abilities.Basic understanding of EdTech products and online learning platforms.Goal-oriented and target-driven approach.Ability to manage multiple student queries efficiently.Good computer and CRM handling skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in any industry

Preferred Candidate Profile
