Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counselling: Guide CA aspirants and their parents on course options, study models, and success strategies.
• Admissions & Enrolments: Convert leads into confirmed admissions with a student-centric and ethical approach.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with students, motivate them, and ensure long-term commitment to preparation.
• Follow-ups & Tracking: Handle structured follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails; update CRM/Google Sheets regularly.
• Workshops & Events: Participate in info sessions, webinars, and offline events like Re-FOCAS.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve counselling and enrolment goals in line with organizational objectives.
• Academic Coordination: Work with faculty, tutors, and the operations team for smooth student onboarding and support.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in student counselling/sales, preferably in EdTech or professional courses (CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication in English & Tamil
• Student-first counselling with convincing ability
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM, and WhatsApp Business
• Mindset: Growth-driven, empathetic, and motivated to help students succeed.
